dimplex Storage Heaters not working

I have a dimplex storage heater and have set the input and output dial the same as my other heater (which works!). But the one thats not working has two plugs and wont come on… can anyone help?
Well looks like millions are not answering. Sounds like a dirty or loose connection but it would be hard to be sure.
