I have three dimplex Storage Heaters, all of which aren’t charging!! No idea why!! Any ideas? thanks?
My three dimplex storage heaters aren’t charging! They work if i put the switch on for them to give out instant heat but are doing nothing over night! I’m stumped. Anybody any ideas why? Any help would be much appreciated as I’m freezing!!!! Thank you in advance

I think you must be related to Frankie, who had a similar problem a few days ago!!
It seems like your time switch has stopped at ‘OFF’ giving you no supply, take a look next to your meter, you should see a similar shaped box with a 24 hour dial inside, look at the pointer and see what time it is pointing at, check again later and see if it has moved. If it’s either at the wrong time or has not moved phone your electricity provider, they will replace it free of charge.
Your heaters built in convectors are working on the normal tariff which is unrestricted.
