Is it safe to install a bathroom heater with aluminum wires to copper house wiring?

Phoned the dimplex company. Technician said the model I want has aluminum wires. Is it safe to combine copper and aluminum in a modern appliance, or should I keep searching for a heater with copper wiring?

It’s not a big problem to do that. The risk you run is with corrosion and at the relatively low amperage it should not be an issue. The wiring going into your main panel from outside is usually aluminum and electricians put a silicone-type grease on the wires to slow any corrosion. If you feel you need to be totally safe, see if an electrician will spare you a dab of it and you can smear some in the wire nuts.
